ACCES-VR (Adult Career and Continuing Education Services- Vocational Rehabilitation) is an agency within the New York State Education Department that provides vocational rehabilitation and independent living services to eligible adults with disabilities in New York State. The program’s goal is to help individuals with disabilities secure, retain, advance in, or regain employment by offering a range of services, including job counseling, assessment, training, and placement, as well as supports for independent living.
ACCES-VR is an eligibility-based program, not an entitlement program. Individuals must qualify to receive services.

ONE-STOP CAREER CENTER
Job Development
Although One Stop (OS) center registrations require in-person appearances for the registration process to be considered complete, you can still begin the OS registration process online by visiting the NYS Department of Labor website and creating a Job Zone account. Then, after the NY Pause has safely ended, you can visit a One-Stop Career Center to finalize the process.
When you have completed the process, please forward your OSOS/NY# to C3 Quest/Learner First. You can also take a screenshot of your Job Zone account and email to valerie@c3quest.com
